Returns

The customer has 14 days (from the receipt of articles) to form an opinion of the product (with the exception of personalised products, neither refundable nor exchangeable).

In case of exchange or refund, the customer will have to inform Nibano by our document of return, which you find on our website. Only an item, unworn, in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories may be returned. After making the return request and the return will be accepted you receive a return number and a label for sting on your coli which you send back. Then within 48 hours our DPD carrier picks up the return. As soon as we receive the return in our deposit you receive by mail a confirmation of receipt of your return and if all products are in the unworn state, in its original packaging and intact you will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Return costs onto to the customer
In the event of exercise of the right of retraction, Nibano is held with the refunding of the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, with the exception of the expenses of return and the fixed costs relating to the expenses of port.

For orders delivered in relay point, if the package is not removed by the customer within 5 days from the relaying, the order is returned to us. If the customer wishes a re-dispatch of the order, a flat fee of 10 € HT for the new shipment will be requested.

* The customer can only return once and only once.
